POLICIES

We are a non-profit organization, run by volunteers. And, yes, we even have policies, mainly related to finance. Our treasurer, Khristie Wilkins, needs your help to make sure the finances of FOW are sound.


For all expenses on behalf of FOW:

  • All expenses should be submitted with original receipt within 2 business weeks after event has taken place. All expenses submitted after the 2-week limit will not be reimbursed, unless they have been previously discussed and approved with/by FOW.
  • Receipts can be dropped in the FOW mailbox in the Winthrop main office, or mailed directly to Tricia Cooke.
  • Please, do not pass along receipts to Tricia at events.
  • All money requests must be made five business days in advance of date needed.
